Our chef Soo has a certificate that students in food and nutrition find it hard to pass. He passed in on his first try,which is amazing knowing that in the last 5 years the passing rate is around 30%
The test consists of making 2 dishes,but it’s difficult because there are 52 dishes in total,so you have to learn all 52 recipes bc you never know which 2 you might get.
